Overview
In the modern-day where time is of an essence, your facility requires a rapid solution for effective workflow. Part of growing a successful facility is to have a fast and effective workflow. It is generally difficult to achieve this without sacrificing quality.
To assist with this workflow, NCA developed 360 detergent, a modified medical grade solution which intensifies the kill rate of prions and surface bacteria including gram-negative bacteria in 60 seconds, whilst also being end-user friendly (NonToxic, odorless, alcohol free, low foaming) to ensure best practice within the dental facility.
The odorless compounds combined with its unique formula, allowing the 360 to be used not only in the ultrasonic cleaner, but also as a scrubbing agent for instruments, cold steri, soaking tray and on metal surfaces within the sterilization area only. Making 360 a multi-purpose low-foaming solution for use in all cleaning processes of the sterilizing area.
Removes organic residue, biofilms & pathogenic prion proteins. Suitable for use in: ultrasonic baths, cold steri, instrument soak, impression soak, and manual cleaning of instruments and devices.
This new technological advance within chemistry for cleaning and sterilization eliminates the use of multiple detergents and other cleaning agents within the sterilization area, including alcohol and neutral detergent. Adhering to the correct pH level in
accordance with ISO15883:2006, in relation to the removal of test soils, the 360 is the next step in the evolution of instrument cleaning.
